Our free resumes service is a unique way to connect active candidates with employers in a quick and cost effective manner. The major resume boards charge employers thousands of dollars for annual subscriptions just to search their database; with no guarantee that the candidate they are seeking is there, available or authorized to work in the United States. Obviously this method increases talent acquisition cost, impacts the business’ bottom line and distracts from the employers core business activities.

The good news is there is now a better solution for attracting qualified employees to your team. Candidates can post their resumes here for free and employers can view the resumes for free. Simple as that! The candidates contact information is not openly posted to prevent spam and scams.

If an employer wishes to interview the candidate they can create a contact request. CNJ will contact them to verify that they are is still on the job market and forward their contact to the employer for a small administrative fee (see employer details).
