Finally, a free resume search option designed for small and large business. When seeking out talent employers now have the choice of paying for what they want and need. Here at Careers-Not-Jobs we are linking candidates and employers in a non-traditional way. The process is simple: employers views all of the resumes that want at no cost. When they see an appealing candidate that they want to contact for an interview they pay a small administrative fee ($25.00 USD). The administrative fee will cover allows them to receive up to six candidate resumes that includes full contact information.

Careers-Not-Jobs will only accept request from established businesses. We can not validate claims made by candidates in their resume or claims made by businesses during the interview or screen process. By participating in this program candidates and employers agree to hold Careers-Not-Jobs and it parent company harmless for any false claims made by others.
