We’ve all heard great interview stories, many good, others not. In a perfect world those in the job market would have all the interview questions and answers going into the interview; not to mention they would know what to expect.
But ours is not a perfect world and candidates are forced to adapt to different interviewer management styles and personalities at every set in the process. These differences can often times create confusion in the process. Sometimes leaving candidates surprised, many times shocked at what they see and hear. Even the best human resource departments struggle with the “human” aspect of hiring.
Because the best information generally comes directly from the source, this section is for you – the job seeker – to share your real-world experiences with others engaged in the job search. This forum will allow you pay-it-forward by sharing your successes and mistakes with your fellow interview warriors.
We at Careers-Not-Jobs look forward to hearing your stories, and yes we even expect to hear about the bazaar and ridiculous. Thank you for sharing.
